REAL = your numbers, straight off Northern's work orders. EST = our estimate — only the drill speeds (ft/day) are guesses; swap in your real ft/day and every ranking sharpens.
1. Weekly nut ($20,000) — everything you must cover in a week.
2. Work week days (5) — the days you actually run.
3. Daily break-even = nut ÷ days = $4,000 / day. Clear this every working day and the week is paid.
4. Break-even days (per job) = job $ ÷ daily break-even — the days of overhead one job's dollars cover. Budge Dr: $20,399 ÷ $4,000 = 5.1 days.
5. Break-even pace (per job) = bore ft ÷ break-even days — the drilling pace that fills those days. Budge Dr: 455 ÷ 5.1 = 89 ft/day. You drill 555, so it clears.
6. Payoff ($$$ / $$ / $) = cash per day. Jobs are sorted best cash first.
Tap Adjust ft/day on any job to change its drill speed — the estimate and ranking update live. Adjusting ft/day never moves your break-even numbers; only the nut and work week days up top do.
